About Us
Women4Her is more than a name, it is our mission. Created for women, by women, "Women" represents who we are and the community we are building, while "Her" represents every woman we have the privilege of serving. The "4" symbolizes the four pillars that are at the heart of everything we do: breastfeeding, mental health, education, and community.

We believe that no woman should have to navigate pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, or motherhood alone. Too often, women are expected to have all the answers, carry the weight of motherhood in isolation, and put their own well-being last. At Women4Her, we exist to change that. Our mission is to provide a place where women feel seen, supported, and empowered through every stage of their journey.

While our passion began with supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding, our vision extends far beyond those seasons. Through meaningful connections, support groups, education, and thoughtfully selected products, we strive to create a community where women and mothers of all ages can find encouragement, resources, and a sense of belonging.

More than anything, we want every woman who walks through our doors to know that she matters, that she is worthy of support, and that she does not have to do this alone. Women4Her is a community built for women, by women, because every woman deserves to be cared for, and every woman deserves a village.

Meet The Team

Tracy Moore
Owner, Co-Founder, & CEO
I have been a registered nurse since 2002.I developed passion for lactation and mental health support through my labor and delivery career at Methodist Fremont Health. I have been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2018. I view healthy women as a cornerstone of a healthy community and see the success of women as vital to a thriving community.
I love the Fremont community and I am excited for this opportunity to use my passion in a way that serves my community. I look forward offering services and support, empowering women and improving their mental and physical health.

I am learning to navigate the challenges of midlife with a mindful approach. In my spare time I am working to age healthily, through exercise. I enjoy attending group fitness classes at the Fremont family YMCA, and I have found a love for running. My favorite activity to reduce stress and anxiety is walking with my golden retrievers. Time spent with my two grown children and one grandchild fuels me with happiness.

Co-Founder & Partner
My mother, Tracy, is not only my business partner but also my best friend. Watching her grow throughout her career inspired my own passion for women's health. Sharing the same values and vision, we have always dreamed of bringing these meaningful services to our hometown of Fremont.

I grew up in Hooper, Nebraska, and graduated from Logan View High School in 2023. I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish. I hope to continue my education and ultimately fulfill my dream of becoming a child psychologist. I am passionate about supporting the mental health and well-being of women, children, and families, and I am grateful to be a part of Women4Her's mission.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and cheering on husker volleyball.

Maternal Advisor & Retail Specialist
I am a mom to four kids who keep life busy, fun and full of adventure. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, woodworking, and going on dates with my husband. One of my favorite ways to unwind is taking a drive through the country with good music and an iced coffee in hand.

Women4Her holds a special place in my heart because, as someone who struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety, I know firsthand how valuable support and community can be. As a young mom, especially after having my first child, I often felt isolated and didn’t know many other moms who could relate to what I was experiencing.

That’s why I love being part of Women4Her. I’m passionate about helping other moms find the support, encouragement, and connection they need. Every mother deserves a village, and I’m grateful to be part of a place where moms can build community, feel seen, and know they are never alone.

Hi! Welcome to Women4her I’m Michelle. A little about me; I’ve lived in Fremont my whole life and have been married to my HS sweetheart since 1997. I’ve been a mom for the last 31 years and have 11 children w/ our last ones being a set of twins! Our kids attend Bergan covering elementary, middle school, high school and one off to college. I’m also a grandma to one, soon to be two!

In my lifetime as a mom I have ventured into the world of babywearing (wraps, slings, structured carriers, Mei Tai), cloth diapering multiple kids and breastfeeding all 11 including twins. I’ve dealt with low supply, breastfeeding twins, triple feeds, pumping, and dealing with MSPI kids, kids with severe allergies and following the MSPI diet in order to breastfeed! It’s crazy how fast things change from 30 years ago to now! Always learning new things and if I can’t help I will definitely find the info or find someone who can! Come down and visit!
