Meet The Team

Tracy Moore

I have been a registered nurse since 2002.I developed passion for lactation and mental health support through my labor and delivery career at Methodist Fremont Health. I have been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2018. I view healthy women as a cornerstone of a healthy community and see the success of women as vital to a thriving community. I love the Fremont community and I am excited for this opportunity to use my passion in a way that serves my community. I look forward offering services and support, empowering women and improving their mental and physical health.

I am learning to navigate the challenges of midlife with a mindful approach. In my spare time I am working to age healthily, through exercise. I enjoy attending group fitness classes at the Fremont family YMCA, and I have found a love for running. My favorite activity to reduce stress and anxiety is walking with my golden retrievers. Time spent with my two grown children and one grandchild fuels me with happiness.

Bailey Harpham

My mother, Tracy, is my best friend. I am 19 years old and I grew up spending most of my time with her. I have watched my mother grow immensely in her career which has instilled a great inspiration and drive in me. We have always shared similar interests and views when it comes to women's health. It has always been a dream of ours to bring these services, which are extremely important to us, to our small town of Fremont.

I grew up in Hooper, NE and I graduated from Logan View High School in 2023. I am currently a Junior at the University of Omaha Nebraska and I am studying psychology with a minor in Spanish. I plan to continue my education at grad school to get my PhD in psychology. From there, it is my dream to be a child psychologist.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. When I am not with them, you can catch me working, at the gym, or watching volleyball.
