Mothers often feel distressed because their babies want to breastfeed frequently, especially in the evening and during the nighttime. It can be helpful to know that it’s biologically normal for babies to breastfeed frequently in the evening and at night. The milk supply is lower in the evening. Baby is stimulating mother’s body to make more milk for the next day. The hormones rise best at night so evening is actually the perfect time for baby to feed frequently. Try to focus on the opportunity you have to bond with your baby when baby is cluster-feeding. Your hard work will pay off in dividends! 🤱💪💕💞
