Wash multiple times to reach maximum absorbency with our natural fiber inserts. When you receive your inserts, be sure to wash with warm water and dry on low heat. Inserts are made of natural fibers, therefore shrinkage is normal and to be expected.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Method:

• Returns can be made in-store or via mail.

• If returning by mail, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Type:

• All eligible returns will be issued as in-store credit only.

• No cash or card refunds will be given.

Non-Returnable Items:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as breast pumps, nursing pads, or opened feeding accessories) may be final sale and not eligible for return. Please check product listings or ask in-store for specific exclusions.
